I receive this number (905) 480-1354 few times a day to. When I pick up the phone and the machine will speak and ask you to hear the message. Is there anything I can block this number or report the complain to CRCT. I have resgistered Don't Call List.

ya, its Global Credit & Collections, they do collection for Rogers and various others ie. Capital 1....they dont listen to you when you tell them it's the wrong #...you have to call back demand a supervior and complain like crazy to get them to remove your numer....i used to work there!

Twice this week someone called looking for a Mr. Rodriguez. Last week I told them there was no one here by that name (Vancouver) and they said OK, and hung up. Now they used a computer to call ("if you are that person, press any key for an important message") and put me on hold, long distance. Forget it.

I also got a few calls from this number with an automated message etc. I called and realized they are a collection agency - but I don't owe anyone, I mean ANYONE, any money! I have no credit cards. My bills are paid!!!  I did NOT give out any information but told the woman those facts and that if they called again, I would report them.  Isn't phone harrasement of any kind is against the law? They want personal information.  I repeat, I do not have any outstanding debts and to be harrassed for nothing should be against the law.

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number. They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.

I tried your method but no one picks up so that i can complain to them.... did they pick up when you called and which number exactly did you use?
