Wish they would stop HARRASSING me!!! They are looking for s

I just want people to know that the Law office of Paul Kupferstein & Associates IS LEGIT! If you get a call from Mr. Hazel, he is a lawyer and what he is telling you is most likely truthful. My situation was that I owed The Cash Store for over a year and after a certain point The Cash Store gives it over to this law firm for them to contact the person owing. I called the Cash Store Head Office to confirm that this law office is the one they deal with and that what he is saying is true and it was all verified. They can sue you and take you to court for 5 x the amount you owe. I JUST went thru this on the weekend and paid my debt off because if I didn’t they would proceed to court. I can’t afford that so I came up with the $1279.45 to pay it. If you are reasonable and not rude to them, then they will be nice back and Mr. Hazel actually gave me advice even tho his client is The Cash Store. Don't EVER give money to anyone other than who it is you owe. If they ask you to deposit the money into a bank account, it is not right, but in my case I was asked to go directly to the Cash Store I borrowed from and pay them directly and I did. It was NOT a scam so check into it when you get a call. Phone the head office of the place where you got the loan or whatever it was you owed money to and ask them to confirm the details of what the law office has told you. Paul Kupferstein is NOT a scammer regardless of what others are saying. In my experience it was LEGIT and verified by the place I owed money to. Take it seriously and investigate what is being told to you and proceed. Proceed cautiously obviously because you don't want to turn a large amount of money over to the wrong person but if you owe the debt, it is most likely NOT A SCAM!!! I don’t know why so many people are saying it is a scam. Maybe there are people out there pretending to be the Law Office of Paul Kupferstein and trying to get you to deposit money into a their bank account, but there really is a legitimate Law office by this name and they represent many different places who are owed money like pay day loan companies. Like I said if you do owe money to a company, contact them first after you get a call from a lawyer and confirm the information is true! You don’t want to end up owing larger amounts of money and have your bank account frozen and wages garnished because that’s what will happen. I sympathize with you. I just dealt with this over the weekend and it’s stressful trying to come up with $1279 in 3 days but I luckily was able to. My e-mail is below of you want to ask me any questions. I got a call from mr. seargeant ext 239 saying that we have a lawsuit filed against us from the cash store. Thanks for this websiteOr I would be so worried how to resolve this problem , thanks guys!!!

i got many phone calls from this number over a loan of $150 was taken out with a loaning company. He said i would have to pay $750 by the next day which was a saturday or i would be charged for fraud. I had a bad feeling from the beginning when his first words were, "Do you have a lawyer?".  He hasnt called back since that day and i still havnt recieved the letter for my court date which he said would be in last week. Im glad i looked this number up.

I received a call form this company a couple months ago.I do not owe them money but am related to someone who does.I do not appreciate some of the statements they made.I am active in online scam investigations and basically making the lives of scammers miserable.Often these are idiots in Nigeria and England but now this is personal. I would like to deovote some of my talents to these people.Fortunatley I live in the GTA and am in a position to take some actions that will interfere with their operations.This firm has been operating in an unethical and sleazy way and I would like to reciprocate in kind. Beats chasing the lads.If I am unsuccessful I have some ?techniques? I will employ on their local employees once I get their real names.I have their office location so I can start with investigating their vehicle plates.I wonder how they will like it when I start contacting their relatives!I wonder how they will like it when I start posting their real names, addresses, phone numbers and pictures on the net!Then all you people who have had to endure their empty threats can call their relatives up and stir up a hornets nest in their life.I?m sure many of you have some some choice words for their relatives about the do***e bag bottom feeder jobs they are doing.I will leave it up to your imaginations.I will start posting the info here and all the other threads about them. Regardless if a debt is owed, that doesn't give these POS's the right to harass people, use manipulative scare tactics and treat people like criminals just so they can earn a commission.  Making up a grande story about being a "legal assistant" who's going to have the authorities come into your workplace and arrest you if you haven't paid 1000 g's within 24 hours and then threatening that you will appear in court and potentially be charged with Theft Under $5,000.00 is in no way, whatsoever, "legal."  This group is a bunch of scummy COLLECTION AGENTS who clearly have no conscience or they wouldn't be able to sleep at night, passing themselves off as lawyers and legal assistants.  People, unfortunately, don't realize that collection agents have no real power.  They just like to pretend they do.  So they can threaten you all they want but if you have been handed a s****y set of circumstances at some point in your life and rent and feeding your children is more of a priority than paying off 600.00 Money Mart bill, then they can shove it up their a***s and you can smile and laugh in their face about it because there is nothing.they.can.do. End of story.  I hope you lying, manipulative, cold-hearted collection agents realize that what goes around comes around because everybody finds themselves in financial problems at one point or another in their life and you bottom feeders sure have it coming.

no way of trackin who's calling
let them try and harrass people with no phone lines
