Wish they would stop HARRASSING me!!! They are looking for s

I just want people to know that the Law office of Paul Kupferstein & Associates IS LEGIT! If you get a call from Mr. Hazel, he is a lawyer and what he is telling you is most likely truthful. My situation was that I owed The Cash Store for over a year and after a certain point The Cash Store gives it over to this law firm for them to contact the person owing. I called the Cash Store Head Office to confirm that this law office is the one they deal with and that what he is saying is true and it was all verified. They can sue you and take you to court for 5 x the amount you owe. I JUST went thru this on the weekend and paid my debt off because if I didn’t they would proceed to court. I can’t afford that so I came up with the $1279.45 to pay it. If you are reasonable and not rude to them, then they will be nice back and Mr. Hazel actually gave me advice even tho his client is The Cash Store. Don't EVER give money to anyone other than who it is you owe. If they ask you to deposit the money into a bank account, it is not right, but in my case I was asked to go directly to the Cash Store I borrowed from and pay them directly and I did. It was NOT a scam so check into it when you get a call. Phone the head office of the place where you got the loan or whatever it was you owed money to and ask them to confirm the details of what the law office has told you. Paul Kupferstein is NOT a scammer regardless of what others are saying. In my experience it was LEGIT and verified by the place I owed money to. Take it seriously and investigate what is being told to you and proceed. Proceed cautiously obviously because you don't want to turn a large amount of money over to the wrong person but if you owe the debt, it is most likely NOT A SCAM!!! I don’t know why so many people are saying it is a scam. Maybe there are people out there pretending to be the Law Office of Paul Kupferstein and trying to get you to deposit money into a their bank account, but there really is a legitimate Law office by this name and they represent many different places who are owed money like pay day loan companies. Like I said if you do owe money to a company, contact them first after you get a call from a lawyer and confirm the information is true! You don’t want to end up owing larger amounts of money and have your bank account frozen and wages garnished because that’s what will happen. I sympathize with you. I just dealt with this over the weekend and it’s stressful trying to come up with $1279 in 3 days but I luckily was able to. My e-mail is below of you want to ask me any questions. just had a lawyer called mr.davids call me wanting 1500 dollars by the end of the day or i was going to be sued in court and owe more in legal costs this guy is  a scam he also just called my phone looking for my boyfriend and trying to find out information he is a huge SCAM!!!

hey Mr. Collector:these clowns phoned my wifes parents and friends and threatened to drag them to court because they were "references" for a PDL...a $1000 loan now totals over $3000 and my wife and i arent working (we got downsized)they want money, im gonna like to see them get blood from a stone first!

i can't believe that this is still going on. ?I was called on aug 19, 2008 about a bill that my daughter had with bell canada.  she lives about an hour away from me but supposedly the bill was to have been sent to my address.  huh?  strange or what.  well anyway when i talked to mr. david he was very rude and accused me of throwing the bill in the garbage.  NOT LIKELY PAL.  I called him back to make arrangements to pay the bill and he told me i could deposit it into an account.  still have it written down and have also passed it along to the police.  Anyway that was too strange for me..  I called him back and told him that if i didn't see a bill or a copy of a bill he would get nothing.  I told him i was told not to pay it by a lawyer, which is true.  I haven't heard from them since and don't expect to.  imagine sueing u $3000 for a $300 bill that never did exist. But my advice to those that do have ligit loans please pay them directly to the source where u got them from..  save yourself alot of headaches.

recieved a call again today from ?a Mr McNab from Ontario and this number.  Knew something wasn't right so i checked on line. Thanks for posting. Also he left number +1 866-826-0002 for messages.

i got many phone calls from this number over a loan of $150 was taken out with a loaning company. He said i would have to pay $750 by the next day which was a saturday or i would be charged for fraud. I had a bad feeling from the beginning when his first words were, "Do you have a lawyer?".  He hasnt called back since that day and i still havnt recieved the letter for my court date which he said would be in last week. Im glad i looked this number up.
