Asked my daughter if MOM was home.  She couldn't understand him-

Said his English was really really bad.  When she said I was unavailable he hung up.

SAYS HE'S FROM NATIONAL POST. EVERY SECOND WORD IS "RIGHT" CALLED NAT POST AND THEY SAY THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES AND WERE GOING TO LOOK INTO. AFTER SPEAKING TO NAT. POST HE HAS CALLED AGAIN. DEFINITELY NOT WORKING FOR THEM.

I called the number back and got Rogers Home Phone voicemail.  Either it is Rogers soliciting me for this servcie, or some telemarketing service using Roger's company nunmber as a display.  In any event I'm going to call Rogers and give them a blast if it's them calling or let them know that someone else is using their number... that's fraud!!!
