Keep calling when I answer not talk

phone rings, nobody there

I called the number back and got Rogers Home Phone voicemail.  Either it is Rogers soliciting me for this servcie, or some telemarketing service using Roger's company nunmber as a display.  In any event I'm going to call Rogers and give them a blast if it's them calling or let them know that someone else is using their number... that's fraud!!!

Called asked to speak to husband. When asked if would like to leave message.. said will call back..just hung up! Like I wont be home next time. Getting tired of all the calls. Gonna get private number!!!!!

no message, but I am getting annoyed with these types of calls.
