Got a call from them this evening - I called back a couple of times, the first time it was a busy tone and then the 2nd, 3rd time, it kept ringing.

Had exactly same call as SS described in his comment.
The caller's name was Shawn and the supervisor's name was Kokile. Don't know if they were using the real name though.
Basically, it is a scam. Have a look at the following link if you are interested on more detail and other people's horrible experiences with the caller.
Wants to give out winnings of a ballot filled out by me. Confirmed info on the ballot and wants me to go to Pearson Airport to pick up the gift
