Was on phone with another call cam in, showed (905) 440-2500 in caller ID. Called them back and got recorded message in English and French. Just what I need, and International charge on my cell phone bill.

This is a number that you would call if you were placing an outgoing call from the 905 area and are using their service in order not to pay for long distance.  The call might be placed by anyone in the 905 regions who pays for the service.

This phone number belongs to a multi-client telecommunications firm. They provide support for different companies, so it may be GM or it may be someone else.

It's GM customer service. I filled the card after servicing my car, gave bad comments, they called me to see how to make it up, no sales or anything.
