Folks, based on my experience so far, you should know that:
- this telemarketing group represents a duct cleaning company that masquerades as another legit company in GTA
- they use many different telephone numbers, all VOIPs. So it is virtually impossible to trace or block them
- they are abusive of course, ostensibly for even refusing unsolicited service! but they go one step further. They have used racist epithets and hate speech.
- there has been many many police complaints registered in this region over the past month and the regional police are contemplating handing this hate crime case over to RCMP because of possible international parties involved.
- the telemarketer identified himself as Altaf Hussein from Pakistan

Although we get calls from many telemarketers for different reasons, it is very unusual that they are so openly and obviously verbally abusive even for a simple refusal of service. They may not like being refused, but they know very well that the client's reputation will be destroyed if they are unprofessional.

Therefore, it is being postulated (even by a police officer) that this may be a larger design to discredit the outsourced telemarketing community, mainly based in India. Certainly plausible. These guys may not be really interested in our business, and may be after ruining the reputations of legit telemarketing companies.

Last nights caller from this number said they had a package to be delivered.  Then hung up.  PITA.  What happened to the do-not-call registry?

Just called the number back and got it is not in service and the owner of this mail box is not accepting messages at this time, good bye.

A guy named Jason( I dont think it is his real name,) called at 9.00pm  from (905) 436-4489 and asked for the owner of the home.When asked for the name of the company,said some duct cleaning services.When I informed that this is an unlisted call and that I have previously complained to the BBB, he started talking in some other language( sounded an Asian) and there were a lot of noise in the background.When called back,a message goes saying this number is not accepting any messages. We get about 10 calls from different duct cleaning companies and this is a real nuisance. Even authorities are deaf  and complaining is like playing to a deaf galary.
