Collections agency. They need to learn to do their homework. They continue calling my home number -- even though I told them the guy they're looking for doesn't live here. I'm even in the yellow pages. If they bothered to look up the phone number they'd know they're harassing the wrong household.

Some guy named Warren asking me to call him back...no way no how. If its important leave me more than just a name and number  .Tell me why you want me to call you back. Stupid caller.

Calling a DEAF person at work via regular phone.I don't believe it's legal for creditors to call my work place.And I would prefer they contact me in writing - for obvious reasons!

desperation sets in--they are weakening

They can only call to confirm your place of employment. Once they start asking about money owed (if you do owe money) then its against the law.
