Nice guy my ass! I've talked to pleasant collectors and he, is not one. Pushy d*ck that wont tell me what company he is with.

Collections agency. They need to learn to do their homework. They continue calling my home number -- even though I told them the guy they're looking for doesn't live here. I'm even in the yellow pages. If they bothered to look up the phone number they'd know they're harassing the wrong household.

This is a collection agency. You do not have to talk to him, you do not have to call him back. In fact you can ignore him as he can only make phone calls. He cannot freeze you bank account like Canada Revenue Agency can. He could take you to court but he has no EVIDENCE or anything with your signature on it. In fact if you want to fight fire with fire call him back and put some loud music on. Preferable music with a heavy bass beat and repeat as often as necessary. :-)

Collections Agency - Warren called, was an a***ole - put me on hold once he got the info he needed.

They can only call to confirm your place of employment. Once they start asking about money owed (if you do owe money) then its against the law.

I am the landlord for someone that Warren at (905) 413-8775 is calling about. I do not think that it is right that this credit collector is calling me looking to get in touch with my tenant for him. Warren do you own damn job and call her yourself. And never call me and disturb me or my family again.
