I get a recording from this number(sounds like a computer) that they are trying to get ahold of a (then in a voice) "James Begully" and its an important business matter.

and goes on and on.
asks to hit #1 to talk to a representative. (I hit one once I believe 1 doesn't link or anything like 9 does. hopefully and got an answering machine, left a message that james begully doesn't live here, but the calls don't stop)

Wrote the FCC about the number as I get one to two calls a day from it. its annoying and harrassment.

Wouldn't accept my explinations/answers.  Continued on asking same question over and over.  Finally I explained I would make a complaint and hung up.  He said his name was something like Punet Malhotra from Global Credit and Financial but never found that company online.

these doods called me all the time in the morning and late at night, they are a collection agency. finally, i called them, at this number below, i told them to search my phone number and they did and asked me if i was "shao bia" which i am not, they told me they would take my phone number off there list, we will see if it works or not. hopefully it does. http://www.globalcollection.net/index.cfm?fuseaction=main.display&pageid=8
