Global - I have two credit cards in collection, TD and RBC Visas.  These guys call non stop even though I am trying my best to make payments and haven't just F-d off.  They call several times a day from all different area codes - they call me at work even though I've asked not to.  I know they are just doing their job but they are pitbulls.

Yeah, collections agency. He calls me and asks for MY information. I told them I don't give my personal information to people who randomly call me. I told him to prove who he was, he said he didn't have an employee #. All collections agency representatives MUST have an employee # by law. He said he could give me a number to call and confirm, I told him "How do I know that isn't a scam # too?" I told him I didn't believe him and hung up.

don't go crazy if they call you, they told my friend she would lose her kids if she was not paying her bill....she called the police on them. So remember they are paid upon what you will send...so relax !

It's a collection agency!ppl don't pay their bills - they duck and run - change phone numbers - these agencies call to gather information. the reason for the vague responses from the representatives is because each delinquent/unpaid account is seen as a case or file. Information about the individual in questioncan not be exposed to a 3rd party.

They call all numbers on you then tell you that you have4 hrs to get the money in................ Nice
