Global - I have two credit cards in collection, TD and RBC Visas.  These guys call non stop even though I am trying my best to make payments and haven't just F-d off.  They call several times a day from all different area codes - they call me at work even though I've asked not to.  I know they are just doing their job but they are pitbulls.

Global Credit, collecting on an overdue Aliant bill, said I had 48 hrs to pay or another $400 was being added. Very rude person, started calling me down for not having a job. They've also called from various other numbers.

It's a collection agency!ppl don't pay their bills - they duck and run - change phone numbers - these agencies call to gather information. the reason for the vague responses from the representatives is because each delinquent/unpaid account is seen as a case or file. Information about the individual in questioncan not be exposed to a 3rd party.
