I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  
When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  
I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number.
They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.

Received a call from this number stating that they were trying to contact a family member regarding a private matter [next of kin designation]. They were obviously fishing for a phone number. The name of the woman calling was Pauline Bowen and the company calling was Global. I called this number later for more info regarding the company, and as of now have not received such. These people are devious and less than forthcoming about their intent.

The number belongs to a collection agency, they will not tell there name though. It Is in ontario. A woman answered my call when I returned it Marina Boyd, Was her name I think.

Constantly calling, won't answer when I say hello. Leave no message. These calls are coming on average of 2-3 times per hour. I have gotten to the point I now answer and hang up or press the off button on the cordless so it continues to ring but I don't hear it. If they call this often, at least have someone on the other end to freakin' speak.
