and possibly a few more numbers.  They all quote the same file or account number.

My caller ID says they called 9 times today, I don't answer. I am also on the do not call list. This all seems very shady to me. Fortunately they don't seem to have my cell number.

Thanks for the heads up John. Thanks for letting us know in Ontario the type of Agency Global actually is. No respect for the people they call , the clients they represent and their own employees. Their clients are taking them to courts and now their own staff !!!!!!!!!!!!! And winning to !!!!!!! Carew you certainly know how to pick them .

Received a call from this #. They stated they had been retained to solve a "private matter" and we had 48 hours to return their call. They didn't leave a name and also didn't mention who they were calling.

You can reach a VP of Collections either Troy Moffatt or Jeff Carew at 1-+1 800-563-4929.  Don't go to the snotty operator, but instead use the company directory option (press 1) and spell the last name on your keypad.  I left a detailed voicemail message for Troy.  I may start leaving them once per hour.

I have received a call from this # 2 times per day everyday in the last 2 weeks on my cell phone, They have asked for Juan, and I have told them they have the wrong #. They keep calling and leaving a recording, I called the # back and got a recording. Today they called and I answered and they asked for Juan again, I told them to hold on while I got him, I then got an emergency squeeker that when a button is pushed it blows a very high pitched screech noise, I blew it into the phone and heard some very foul language then I hung up my phone. I am tired of this, I too have been told by AK. Digitel my cell phone company, they cannot do anything about it. They call all hours of the day, including early morning 6am and late evening, during work hours, It is very annoying.
