Harassing phone calls.

I have gotten this number on my cell phone for the last time. The next time they call, don't answer it.

i got this stange phone call yesterday & the this guy wanted me to give him all my personal info I asked who he was and what this was about  he said he needed to know if he got the right person. So I asked him to give me the info & I'll let you know if you did got the right person, cause I'm not just gonna give my personal  info out too many scams out there, so of course he  refused  aswell as I did so he started to yell  at me & I yelled back. He said if I will keep getting phone calls everyday! so byall means I told him you want to get yelled at everyday too you f***in scamer...lets just say I said alot to him... from what I found out the the number is (905) 948-3203 the number is under Unionvill Ontario.

15 calls in under 15 minutes from this number today, talked over me, threatened me, yelled. After I hung up called my work number twice in a row...said I have a law suit filed against me by Capital One. News to me. Appears to be a collection agency in Ontario. Is this even legal? What recourse do I have?

I started receiving calls from this number a few weeks ago but I am never home when they call. My answering machine kicks on and they hang up. Yesterday they called again and someone started talking but cut off before he could say his name.
