They are calling me, my daughter, and my mom regarding my moms account. They are threatening and they use profanity. If you hang up on them they will call you back several times in a row.  They refuse to send her a statement. Does capital one actually use this company?

I have gotten this number on my cell phone for the last time. The next time they call, don't answer it.

Collection agency - Capital One / Global Credit

Got a call from this number which was automated message, too fast to even comprehend or write down the call back toll free number... but I guess, must be from collection agency.... As I've got this new phone number recently and have received few calls from people looking for some other person... guess someone who had this number earlier they might be trying to contact.... anyway... now that i know.. will let it go to voicemail....

I got a call from this number like all the rest of the comments on here. It asked for a friend of mine from school that i still maintain contact with, however the only way a connection could have been made was through facebook. i am just curious on how many of the people that receive/received these calls are on facebook and the person that they ask for is listed as a friend or family on their page. This is the only connection that I can logically come up with that did include my home phone and the friends name. I have since removed my phone numbers from that site in the event that this is where the information is being taken from.

Wow they are really good.  They have been calling for a while now, and I normally let it drop to voicemail   Well just now, not only did they call my personal cell phone, but at the exact same time they were also calling my work cell phone.  That is talent
