I answered this call, and heard a recording say, "You have an urgent, unresolved personal matter that needs attending to.  Press any number to speak to one of our agents." I hung up!

they been callin my boyfriend and if you get a hold of they tell them they owe me 60 cents

I received a call from this number stating they had spoken with me before. I do not know these people or what they need. I never returned the call

just got a call from this phone number on my cell phone. didn't answer and didn't leave a message..

Got a call from this number which was automated message, too fast to even comprehend or write down the call back toll free number... but I guess, must be from collection agency.... As I've got this new phone number recently and have received few calls from people looking for some other person... guess someone who had this number earlier they might be trying to contact.... anyway... now that i know.. will let it go to voicemail....

I also submitted this at the 800notes.com website: Oct. 1st, got the end part of a recorded message saying to press something to speak to someone. Naturally, I did not. Got the next one Oct. 2 at 0940. Let the voice mail take it, and there was a robo-message, even a name ("Mr. Rubell"), but no company name given, and quite mysterious about why they needed to reach a totally unfamiliar name inserted by robotic voice.   "Mr. Rubell" gave +1 866-915-5210 as the toll-free number to call back. However, I just googled it, and it all seems to be part of the same scam. I have no intention of calling either number, but the major question is, how do we get them to stop calling? Even when we know enough not to take the calls, they're still disruptive. And how/why did they get my phone #?   Any idea what authority this might be reported to that could get some action?
