Claimed to be apart of Rogers company promoting relief of covid 19. Just an answering machine. Seems super fake

I asked them to remove my phone number from their system. I don't owe any money and they are calling my personal number for someone who is not even at this number. They refuse to remove my number and keep hanging up on me when I tell them they are harasing me.

Called at about noon here in Winnipeg, Manitoba. No one spoke. I asked who it was and no answer.

YOU DO UNDERSTAND THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL THEM BACK AND ASK THEM TO REMOVE YOUR NUMBER. YOUR PHONE IS PROBALY A RECYCLED NUMBER AND THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE IT ON THE SYSTEM.
I CALLED IN GOT A NICE LADY ON THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED THAT I HAVE RECIEVED THIS NUMBER ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO. SHE REMOVED THE NUMBER FOR ME AND I HAVEN'T RECIEVED A PHONE CALL SINCE.
IF YOU GUYS DON'T CALL BACK OBVIOUSLY THEY'RE GOING TO KEEP CALLING YOU'RE NUMBER. AND THERE'S NO NEED TO BE RUDE.

how do i stop them from calling me...

I've been getting this message at least once (often more) a week for a few months. They won't leave me alone!

"You have a matter in my office that requires your immediate attention. This is  not a telemarketing call. Contact Mr. Day toll-free at 1-+1 866-350-1405 ext. 8568. Again, this is not a telemarketing call; you need to contact Mr. Day at   1-866-6350-1405 ext. 8568. Thank you." <beep>

same, it also sometimes leaves a voice message which is an automated message saying a bunch of numbers like 123

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number.  They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.
