I asked them to remove my phone number from their system. I don't owe any money and they are calling my personal number for someone who is not even at this number. They refuse to remove my number and keep hanging up on me when I tell them they are harasing me.

Frustrated

I've had this number call me for a couple of weeks with the same message as Bob. I called them back and was often on hold for upto 15 - 20 mins before I finally got a hold of someone. They are a collection agency looking for Philip H. I told them that this number does not belong to him anymore and I do not know any Philip H. I strictly told them not to call me or I'll report them to the police. The calls ceased for a couple of months, but I'm getting them again now!! I want to call them up to give them a piece of my mind, but the problem is I can't wait on the phone for 20 mins and then have them hang up on me!!

I got a call from them, called them back and someone answered right away after I hit "0".  I said to the girl who answered, I get calls from you all the time, you are calling a business number - how can you not figure out that you have a wrong number?  If you aren't smart enough to figure that out, glad I don't use your company's services.  I told her I did a google search on their number and you guys sure have a bad reputation.  She said she put me on the DNC list.

this is really annoying, i get the same message as Bob above, about it not being a telemarketing call, etc. i don't want to call the number tho in case they never leave me alone after that....

They keep calling my workplace looking for someone who has not worked here for many years. I finally called them back and firmly told them they are calling a business number. They were very pleasent and say they have removed my number from there list!

I just got this call as well. Went to their website and wrote this message:<<Stop calling me. I don't know who you are looking for, but I do not owe anyone money: I do NOT appreciate getting calls from a collections agency. I am writing to have my number removed from your list. It is an unlisted, cell phone number. I haven't had this number very long, so my guess would be that you are looking for the former user of this phone number. If calls continue, I WILL contact the police and the better buisness bureau (BBB). Regardless, I do not answer long-distance calls from unknow numbers. After recieving two phone calls today (and others previously) I decided to do a 411 lookup only to discover that you do not list your number (how ironic). I then googled your phone number and found this site http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/(905) 413-8568/2I couldn't help but notice that fishing is a regular practice in your company. I don't know how legal that is, but I promise you that I will contact the BBB if this continues. Please have someone EMAIL me back with a follow-up to this email. I will not answer any phone-calls from you (unless you agree to pay for the phone call) As it is, I think I should be compensated for the abuse of my time and your blatant disrespect (not to mention your apparent lack of anything resembling manners)>>I suggest that other people having similar problems leave similar messages.Also, I phoned my telephone company and notified them of my problem. This way, if it continues, I have documentation that I tried to resolve this
