this number calls everyday, sometimes twice a day but won't leave a message

I just called them and left a nasty message.   It is the MADD volunteer line.   I called back and you can leave a message.  I left my name and told them never to call me again.   Hope it works.  

Didn't pick it up as there was no ID but they call almost every day!

I know another company with 905 412 number that is from Erin MIlls and Dundas area of Mississauga.I don't know who called me from this number though.

No message from this number (905) 412-0133)Ontario phones different times early morning ,dinner time and after. Very annoying

I respect the intent of MADD, not their methods.  Please STOP CALLING!Send me something in the mail, and I might respond when I see a registered charity number. (which, by the way, in Canada MUST have "RR" in the charity registration number, or it could be a NON charity, not-for profit, meaning no tax receipt.  Look it up at the CRA website if in doubt).
