I *just* received a call from this number. I didn't recognize it so I didn't pick up. When I tried to call it back there was a recorded message saying "This number is no longer in service". Interestingly enough that same number called me again 2 minutes later and it was the RBC Representative that I spoke with earlier about an issue with my account.  Not spam or anything but a RBC rep.

It's the Royal Bank of Canada.

They keep calling me in my office and I work for a Financial Institutino, I never answer it either; and they have yet to leave a message.

I have received calls from this number in the past but no message has ever been left.  It is a Royal Bank of Canada phone number but when I call it, the number is no longer in service.
