its collections if you never dealt with them it might be a fraud issue and you should check your credit report.. if they hang up right away its because they are using a dialer... collections is annoying of course it is but its best to deal with it... they ask for your birthdate or other personal info to make sure its you cuz they are forced to by the privacy law if you dont wanna talk to them talk directly to citi mastercard

Why is this caller calling my number

They called me yet I got billed for the call?Calling bell canada to get charges reversed back to them.Makes no sense.

As the one comment says it's Citi Finacial,and you OWE THEM MONEY!!  What an idot to write that what if you;ve never dealt with them A**le! i get calls as well and I get hung up on right away???
