L'appelant (905) 361-4635 me harcelle 2 à 3 fois par jour.  C'est Citifinancière
qui fait celà.  Ils faudraient faire un recour collectif pour harcellement et
atteinte à la vie privée, c'est de la violation de vie privée.  Je leur dois environ $150 que je vais leur payer, mais si ils continuent de me harceler je ne les paierai pas du tout il ils essaieront de m'avoir...  Celà dure depuis environ 3 sem.
Ce n'est pas légal ce qu'ils font même si ça vient de l'Ontario.

Got another call from these guys today, I decided to answer and it turned out to be Citi Financial. The person they were calling for wasn't around but they did give me this number 1-+1 877-667-6152

I called the above Citi Financial Number after receiving countless calls from this number to my home fax #. Asked the person to take me off the auto dial list.  Who knows if it will work

I have been getting calls from this number and from 1-(905) 361-4634. I reported the '34' number at some length, so will not repeat all that, as I suspect both numbers are the same caller. Once I have paid off the money I owe CitiFinancial, however, I am considering speaking to the merchant involved (won't say who that is for now) and pointing out that I'll likely never finance with that merchant again if the merchant continues to use CitiFinancial. By the way, CitiFinancial also sends me letters offering a "pre-approved" loan. You can bet I will continue to ignore these.

I too have been getting calls from this number, but have done something about it, because they are breaking the rules. One that they broke, is that they called me too early in the morning. On a Saturday and Sunday morning, they called before 8:30 AM. They are not allowed to do this. The second regulation is that they are using an automatic dialer, which does not identify the Company calling. The message only said "please hold for an important message". They are not allowed to do this when using an automatic dialer.!! The message must state who the call is coming from. They are also not allowed to do this. So, first I called my phone company. They said I could, for an extra monthly fee, subscribe to "selective call blocking". I told them I did not want to pay to stop something that should not have been happening. Then, I made a complaing online to the CRTC. They responded very quickly. They ordered my phone company to investigate, because IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY!!!The phone company has 20 days to report on their investigation. When I get the results of the investigation, I will report to all. My advice to everyone is to do the same when ppl/companies break the rules. But only contact the CTRT if your phone company does not help you. Good luck all.
