This is a call from Credit Card Services offering a phony debt reduction scheme.  I have been getting these same calls for YEARS but always from different phone numbers around the country.  My phone number is on the Federal Do Not Call Registry and I have frequently told their operators to stop calling me without success.  I file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry EVERY TIME I get one of these calls, but they keep coming.Same old Credit Card Services SCAM, just a different spoofed number. Do Not give them any information! Don't even talk to them. Talking to them, will tell them, that they have a live number, and will keep calling it, and sell it to other scammers. They Do Not Care if you are on any list! Just let the phone ring, or quickly pickup then hang up. Their automatic dialer might interpret that as a dead number and take it off their phone number list.

Don't answer the phone and turn your ringers off.  Anyone you want to speak to will leave a message.  By picking up the phone, you validate the number and the fact that you are available to pick up.  Why waste your time.  If you expect your government to handle this, then you are truly wasting your time.  Do Not Call List is a joke and the FCC does not follow up on your complaints.Good Policy: The same one you tell your kids!  Don't talk to strangers!

Called me this afternoon 6/20/2012.  It looked like a spoof number so I did not answer it.  Rang three times.  If I don't know who is calling, I don't answer.

Started out at Rachel from card services and I pressed 9 to speak to a customer service rep. I asked to be removed from the calling list but what I got was verbally molested by some man who only used the most obscene language. I have filed a complaint with AT&T and when I get their paperwork, I will make a police report as well.
