You have by far the WORST costumer service I have ever encountered. You took out 3 jewels of my ring when I asked you to replace the 1 that was missing. I call you and spoke to the OWNER and he did not care to explain to me why they did it and REFUSED to give me my money back after I told him I would not be returning there to spend my credit note so I might as well get my money back. CASH. This is not the 1st ring i bought from you guys and i should of NEVER bought this one I currently have. If you are reading this I hope you know you have lost a costumer, and probably a few after everyone hears about my experience with you . DO NOT GO TO WESTERN JEWELERS IN WESTCLIFF MALL ON MOHAWK !!
