I am getting every couple of days a phone call from this number .. It is a recorded voice machine that will ask please press 0 if you are Jinat Edo .. We have been in our house for three years with the same phone number .. Please report these guys!

You clearly work for student LoansWait for the number to leave you a messageIf you listen to the message a recording says "This call is for ____" and they will just spit out any name then say :If this is you, please call back.The reason I know this is not legit is that I did have OSAP and is has been paid in full. I have the paper work proving itDO NOT ANSWER!!

These people are distubing me on an ongoing basis, I want to find out how I can DISTURB them.

I also received a message from Tricura Canada, only the number was (905) 306-6257. Also having doubts, I called the National Student Loans Service Center. I was thanked for returning THEIR call. The only verification requested was my loan number, name, address and contact number. The reason for their call was to request I either upload to my existing application, mail or fax income verification for the month I was applying instead of the end of the previous month it was received for the following month's income, which is what I had originally sent. This information is required in order to process my application for repayment assistance.

I got two calls from this number today and neither time did they leave a message. I do have a student loan in Ontario, however am not yet due to start paying back my loan(I just got my letter yesterday giving me payment details and spoke with them via the 866 number quoted in the letter), nor am I in arrears with a credit company. I strongly advise not answering calls from this number, likewise not returning calls to this number.

They started calling my cell approximately two months ago.

I haven't been in school for over 12 years, have no outstanding loans of any kind and frequently check my credit report just to be sure no one puts anything odd on it.  

So explain why the harrassing calls.  I have sent an email to the minister as suggested and will see what comes of it.  Next will be the RCMP....

If it is for people who are behind on their payments, then why are they calling my daughter who has just applied for her first loan?  \and they want her to send SIN # and banking info!
