Two things are obvious from his phraseology as David Watson writes more and more:David Watson is not his true name AND he is in the Indian sub-continentShould we be surprised at his unwillingness to provide any of the details requested?  .

A guy with Indian accent call me and introduced Ontario international. I said" I am not interested bye bye.He called again and insulted me saying: "f*** off a***ole".I hang up and he called again. He call me again om the next morning as well.Who are those people. Can I report them to the Police?

Mr. Watson,
Even with the use of a sever based connection, whether you use thin clients or other devices, it is still attached to a phone number. This of course has several options to show or hide information, and whether or not to make the line outbound only. So the only message I should be receiving is that this line is unable to receive incoming calls, not that it is disconnected or not in service.

You mention that yo are the Senior Quality assurance Manager of this company...what is your company's name?

I am not concerned about the agents customer service skills calling me, but I am concerned about being called that I won something from a ballot, when I have never filled any out. In addition to your company name, are you with the company that is providing the prizes, and if so what is it that you do? And if you are outsourced, what company are you representing, and what do they do?

Since the ballot was filled out in December 2009, what are the names of the stores, and locations where you had these booths set up for people to submit the ballots.

I also find it concerning that a company would have this as there only forum to receive feedback. Do you not have a website, or a customer service/main line - as that is the basis of any legit company.
