I got the same call from a John Michael at 8am who told me about the same prizes. He couldn't verify were I filled out the ballot he kept saying it was filled out in April (like people print the date on these things). He passed me on the his "manager" named Sean Ricardo. I asked for the website and felt it was vague. Both men had heavy East Indian accents. At first I was going to go but then discussed it with some friends. After reviewing this site I called back to cancel my appointment. The person on the phone wouldn't let me and was trying to sell me so hard on why I should check them out. I told him flat out I did my research and you guys are selling time shares. I kept asking me where did I hear this and I told him check the internet on what people are saying about your company. I also said if you're a legit business why is there not an address on your website. He was saying oh well we're new to Canada. I told him save your breath because it doesn't matter what you say I'm no longer interested and take my name off your call list. I also told "Mr.Ricardo" that the fact you are trying so hard to convince me that you are a legit company is a red flag to me.

Beware folks.

Thank you so much for your comments. I got the call this morning... and was given the same story as George, LG, Lynn....
(905) 754-5163 Ext: 112
6175 Hwy 7
Unit 6
Woodbridge
L4H 0P6
Hwy 7 & 27 Major Intersection.

I got the same story that we must have entered a ballot in April ...  a long time ago...at one of the popular malls of course you don't remember. It was a long time ago. Company is Premium Incorporated website is www.pbcinc.ca. No obligation no presentation is the sales pitch. They say that all you need to do is bring 2 pieces of photo and name ID give it to the receptionist with the gift claim number that the Sr. manager-- Whose name by the way is Paul Stevens... has given you and  you'll be shown the 5 prizes mentioned above you'll draw for one and you'll be given the prize. No hassle no problem. He said it could take anywhere from half an hour to 90 minutes... totally up to you. Refreshments will be served.

They try to legitimize their pitch by "reading you the back of the ballot"-- Married?- Between the ages of 27-65?- Address ?-- well they gave an old address of which we had not lived in for 9 months. And they didn't know my first name.. weird... and the last name they had didn't match the name registered to the phone company. Someone is selling info to these companies. Outdated info at that.

Thanks for saving me the trip to Woodbridge. We could withstand the presentation and tactics but I have a better way to spend my Saturday Morning... without the pressure and threats. In peace. Website is vague, and I couldn't find anything on the Better Business Bureau website. Thank you for putting in the time to make comments here. This is a scam because we know that we make a point of not entering into any contests at malls. And we wouldn't want any of these varied prizes... Furniture... trip to Niagara Falls...Laptop...1500$ cash.

Same thing happened to us. We just came back from the "gifting ceremony". We were there from 6:45 till 9 pm. We were paired with a representative for 20 minutes, making small talk, asking us about our vacation history etc. Then followed a 30 minute presentation, followed by buffet dinner. They refused to give us the price of the membership. We ate beforehand and thus chose to have a smoke break instead (the representative was a little nervous as she probably thought we were going to leave LOL).

We came back and were sat at the table with the rep who presented us with a folded sheet, that outlined all the deals. When she unfolded the paper it finally showed the price... - $21000! for 49000 points for 49 years. Holly crap! We refused.

The rep got up and was replaced by one intimidating dude in glasses, hands covered in jewelry and an apparent "coke finger". He dismissed our concerns over the huge expense - again, $21000 at 21% interest! That's $1500 paid on the spot, followed by $580/month for 60 months. Insanity. We refused.

The dude left and was replaced by one of the seminar presenters. She acted very nice and understanding, i.e "boy, do I know how you feel! That's a lot of cash! So I want to offer you a better deal. Only $7999 for 25000 points for 49 years. And I will talk to Damian (the intimidating dude) and get you 0% financing for the first 24 months." Bla-bla-bla. We stepped aside to deliberate. It sounded good but... we were hesitant.

We came back and refused. The lady was replaced by another guy - "from the corporate office" - who offered us $4800 package for 5 years with only 10 weeks of vacation. We refused.

Then ANOTHER guy showed up and slashed that offer in half to $2800. We refused and they swiftly sent us away to the "prize claim room." We picked a ticket from a raffle box. The numbers did not match the top 5 prizes that they advertise. thus we were given a choice of either a week at Cancun or Orlando. We picked Orlando ($14 processing fee). We will use the trip within a year and will let you know whether we had to sit through another seminar in Florida! LOL

They called me today at 8am.  Same shpeel.  I asked the guy if he knew what time it was?  He told me he thought it would be best to call at 8am since he tried to reach me yesterday between 11am and 1pm.  A) I was home.  B) I have call display.  No one tried to reach me.  I was given a number to call back, with an extension.  I was told "don't bring money or credit cards. It is absolutely free. This is not a time share either."  He did say "You are both between 35 and 65 and you both work."  All I said was  "go on."    We are number 48 out of a list of 60 winners.  I have no idea where they got our info since we aren't mall shoppers and he said we filled out a yellow paper in a mall.  BEWARE EVERYONE.    (Accent was East Indian but the name he gave was not.)  This guy/company are liars.

I just received my very own call from this company. JOY!! It went pretty much as everyone else here has reported. Same address in Woodbridge, same website  www.pbcinc.ca. The first dude I talked to, who's accent is so think you can barely understand him, was very insistent that this was strictly ligit and I MUST have filled out a ballot at the Milton home show. NOT. I have never been there. Then he pulled the old "well someone you know must have done it on your behalf". He rambled on about my potential prizes and the last one he listed was a trip to Florida. Right away I knew this must be a time share thing. He basically ignored everything I was telling him and kept telling me to write down the details including my gift claim number. I decided to play along as if he had convinced me, when in reality I wanted all his info so I could report them. Then he passed me along to his supervisor who at least I could understand better. I dont think he was happy that the first dude gave me their web addy, because I had my laptop on and had the site up while talking to him. He didnt have an answer when I questioned why they insisted it was NOT a timeshare presentation when the website stated that it was. I told him that I was not interested and he called me dumb for not wanting to take advantage of the gift I won. This guy just would not take no for an answer. I told him that I better not get another call from them and that if I did I would be reporting them to the proper authorities. He STILL insisted I was missing out on this great deal and I finally just hung up on him.  Oh, one thing that differed in my call was that they did not ask to confirm my age or marital status. They called me Ms. XXXXXXXXX when they started the call and they had my mailing address. They did not have my first name which they asked me for. I think they run numbers through a program similar if not actually, Canada411.ca which gives out street address's when you enter a phone number.
