Yea

So all of you are pretty much correct, it's a scam the company does illegal things and easily tricks people out of THOUSANDS of dollars, I know from personal experience. I hope more people are reading these forums so they know that when they get a call they either, threaten to call the police, call the police or come in with the police. What they are doing isn't right, they've already been sued once, but that clearly wasn't enough because they are still at it and as of my concern they are trying to make the company bigger.

Hmmm.. they called again. This time at 12:30 PM. I wasn't home (unfortunately) but I"m hoping they'll call again so I can give them a piece of my mind.

Oh the Premium Buyers Club...I can always expect a call from you!Yes, they have been calling me since October 2009 to come to their 'headquarters" at 1510 Drew Road (Mississauga) to claim one of the *5* fabulous prizes just waiting for me to pick up! Wow, I somehow even entered into a draw at a "retail location" "months ago" and that all I have to do is leave my wallet at home and come on down to pick up my prizes! WOW!So, I did lots of research (because obviously they have scammed more than just 1 person) and as luck would have it: THEY'VE BEEN DOING IT TO 1,000'S OF PEOPLE! Please, don't go there. They just want to sell you a timeshare and their HIGH PRESSURE HARD SELL is hard for some people to resist. It's not worth it. I've heard stories of the people that work there being very threatening if you don't purchase one of their 'packages.' I have already collected at least 5 of their phone numbers and contacted Crime Stoppers and the BBB. Hopefully we can all put a stop to these people once and for all.

I just received my very own call from this company. JOY!! It went pretty much as everyone else here has reported. Same address in Woodbridge, same website  www.pbcinc.ca. The first dude I talked to, who's accent is so think you can barely understand him, was very insistent that this was strictly ligit and I MUST have filled out a ballot at the Milton home show. NOT. I have never been there. Then he pulled the old "well someone you know must have done it on your behalf". He rambled on about my potential prizes and the last one he listed was a trip to Florida. Right away I knew this must be a time share thing. He basically ignored everything I was telling him and kept telling me to write down the details including my gift claim number. I decided to play along as if he had convinced me, when in reality I wanted all his info so I could report them. Then he passed me along to his supervisor who at least I could understand better. I dont think he was happy that the first dude gave me their web addy, because I had my laptop on and had the site up while talking to him. He didnt have an answer when I questioned why they insisted it was NOT a timeshare presentation when the website stated that it was. I told him that I was not interested and he called me dumb for not wanting to take advantage of the gift I won. This guy just would not take no for an answer. I told him that I better not get another call from them and that if I did I would be reporting them to the proper authorities. He STILL insisted I was missing out on this great deal and I finally just hung up on him.
Oh, one thing that differed in my call was that they did not ask to confirm my age or marital status.
They called me Ms. XXXXXXXXX when they started the call and they had my mailing address. They did not have my first name which they asked me for. I think they run numbers through a program similar if not actually, Canada411.ca which gives out street address's when you enter a phone number.

Just to add another episode to this forum,
We just recieved a call from a "Mike Tyminski" (-again with a heavy accent ) from "Premier Source Incorporated".  I love how they change their name slightly every time-You dont think people are going to notice??  He said they were a company in America and are new to Canada.
He advertised the exact same prizes as the above posts- flat screen tv, 17" laptop, 3 nights in Niagara Falls, furniture, $1500 cash.  I asked where he recieved this 'ballot' with my name on it; and he basically named off every business in Ontario!
He gave the same address as well- 6175 Hwy 7 unit 6 in Woodbridge.  I told him I was going to speak to my husband and he said to call back tomorrow---we definitely are not going to this becuase we know that we never filled out any ballots during the months that he said.
Everyones posts above also validated any concerns that we had-so thank you!
