had a voicemail from this number, most of the message was cut off however got part of it and it referred to assisting in my community and asking if I wanted to take a 5 minute survey.  Why wont these people stop?

1.    CRTC 1-+1 866-580-3625 = Do not call list.
2.    ANTI FRAUD 1-+1 888-495-8501 = Fraud.
3.    COMPETITION BUREAU 1-+1 800-348-5358 = Deceptive marketing.

dont know the number   comes up ontario
