Flooded my answering machine with background noise and a badly pronounced "hello". Very annoying. Scream or use an airhorn on them when they phone.

called and hung up! What the hell!!!  Scammers I tell ya

called was blank then said good by ans hung up. I called back and it. Not a working number

I answered this call and a Pakistani sounding man offered me a free phone.  When I asked if it was just the phone, he said no, there is a phone plan with it.  When I said that I didn't think I would be interested, he abruptly hung up on me.  Ignorate jerk.
