I got a missed call from this number today..I assumed it was just a wrong number so I did not try calling back. I happened to google the number and found this message board. The best thing to do is to probably ignore the number along with other numbers that really look unfamiliar to you.

Just check google for no, which called 5 min ago. I just hung up. When no name or idenity given--- you KNOW it's a scam. Could be really big trouble if you push 1 ---- DON'T DO IT! Good advice from a friend who works for the phone company.

I am with telus in Winnipeg and I just got same kind of call but with restricted ID. As soon as it said press 1, I just hung up. I believe it's a scam. They really piss me off!
