I live in Montreal. It is a scam....recorded message "Congratulations. You have won a trip..." It was a scam started in the US that has now migrated to Nova Scotia. What I wouldn't give to be able to track them down and give them a taste of their own medicine.

Marcus, please educate yourself.The DNC list is mandatory for TELEMARKETERS.You are NOT being called by telemarketers, you are being called by fraudsters.You think they will spare you because you happen to be on the DNC list?You can't be serious??

the call appears to be international 011 (902) 708-8305 no message not good because one is concerned that overseas family members are trying to contact you. I believe this is a scam
