I got a call from this number 2 days ago.  I am waiting for a call from my daughter who lives there.  Who I have not had any communication from in a number of years.  I can not see her giving my number to a survey or a telemarketing outfit please tell me who owns this number in Nova Scotia

This is wrong.  Cell phone numbers are NOT going public. I would never put my number on the DNC list ever again. When I did the telemarketers multiplied 10 X's. They can only get your cell phone number if someone gives it to them, like the DNC list.
