It must be PANS. They call and beg for more money all the time!I'd like to sue the b*****ds for harrasment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I regret EVER giving them a dime and am NEVER going to give to ANY charity other than "in person" ones that I know are reputible and will not bum for money like little babies.

It is indeed the PANS.  I called their marketing division and they confirmed this.  If this number calls again, call +1 800-890-4090 and request to be removed from the list.

most of those "police charities" have NOTHING to do with real Law Enforcement charities...  real ones don't solicit by making phone calls...  or sending junk mail either...don't fall for it!

This number is also for Crime Stoppers,the same organisation calls for both of these police charities.

If you can believe it I think it has something to do with the PANS... Police Association of Nova Scotia.  I'd like to know if anyone else can confirm this.
