I just started getting calls from this number today.  I don't get it! Why is this happening?

This insanity has to stop! This is one of about 35 numbers that has called my line in the last 4 months as a fax line! I must be on some DL that I don't know about!

This is just the local number for Skype or VOIPBUSTER service.
So someone just tried to call you from the internet and the connexion wasn't that good. So the puzzle is busted.

How about you stop making illegal phone calls scamming people out of thousands of dollars!

This number phones my cell phone 3 times a day on average, during the weekdays. It's been doing it for about a month now. If I answer, it 'clicks' lightly for about 15 seconds or so and then hangs up. It's bloody annoying and appears to serve no purpose.
