That # called my home to inquire about a poster I had put up the day before about a missing siamese cat. A female voice said, " I'll check on that detail and call you back." No one called back and we can't call that # It just rings twice and then sounds the busy signal. One option with the phone is to limit incoming calls to a pre approved list and if you are not on that list you cannot call. The two rings would be to allow the phone to recognize the phone number of the caller.
