this number called me many times, i have since figured out that this is a calling card company and someone using a calling card is trying to call you.take it for what its worth, i am 100 percent positive of what i've to say.

AHA AHA AHA AHA AHA!This is just the local number for Skype or VOIPBUSTER service.So someone just tried to call you from the internet and the connexion wasn't that good. So the puzzle is busted.Oumar

Person on other line acts like the know the business owner.  When I asked who was speaking (twice) they just said "I'll try back later".  At least they should have the common courtesty to tell you who they are.  They probably don't because they know we won't answer when they call back...LOL...pain in the butts!!

I also think it's a LD carrier number.

getting that number too operator says it some Halifax number doens't have any information on it.
