I been getting the calls! As well I don't answer! I block them! But some how they Get by it! Cogeco Says they will rectify it !But; Don't! Same problem with other server's! The Halifax police will not act!
The problem they place a note on your credit files with the credit reporting companies!
U called transunion and the other similar organizations! ! Costing me $29.00 dollars ;or to a similar amount. And The results is that they are a legal collection Company! But they Phish,(a on line slang; for fishing!); Buy old debt; turning it into new debt! And hazel you to pay it! re-guard less if you have paid or settled! With the original debtor! When you apply for credit or open bank accounts! Your name will come up on their tracers! You are pretty much saddled with for life! Just don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number! The damage is Your credit scores will forever be damaged by them! They are a scam/Collector! Out of Nova Scotia Halifax

these ppl have many suits against them, as well as possible disbarment of the so called lawyer who owns the company-I can't remember her name but her Mom is/was a canadian political leader` --the same woman who got into that trouble bringing Russian women in to work strip clubs(or something like that)so long ago I cannot remember the details only that there is a shady history with these ppl.They have been harassing us for years in spite of the fact that our case was settled back in 2007 when the original debtor wrote us off for their losses which we in turn paid tax on as the part we did not pay was considered "income". my husband had lost his job and we got so far behind, just paying what we could that the interest and penalties got out of control. basically we were forgiven a large chunk of all those interest fees and penalties but now this Darn company CRS somehow got a hold of our files and have been predatorial to the nth degree...today they called 3 times back to back but I refused to answer phone...they have several numbers they hide behind.  I block them, they call on a differen number from a different province....today I tried to block them and was told this 902 number with a prince Edward island cannot be blocked. WTF?  by my understanding only gov and non-profit numbers as well as campaigners numbers, can be exempt from blocking.

i got a call to day from (902) 442-8588 they claimed they was from missasuga  and they had a return mail from my address and did not know why and wanted to make sure it was right address on it i called them on it and ask where or whom the mail was from and they said they could not say .then i said i was a officer of the law and demanded to know her name and she hung up .becarefull .

I do pay all my bills and they call me all the time saying i have stuff in collections. I have gotten my credit reports to double check, and of course nothing in collections.So be careful giving any info to these people.

this is a continuous call I get I wish they would just fall off the face of the earth not even sure why they are calling

they always call when I'm at work, and the mailbox is full!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kinda interesting that that number called me today.... call display said Nova Scotia... blocked!
