some prerecorded message could hardly make out, sounded like they were talking underwater and bubbles coming out thier mouth LOL.  These people need to be stopped.  Would be nice if someone could thin the herd of these pesky no-use morons that keep disturbing you.

at the bottom of this screen it said it was coming from Nova Scotia.  Perhaps their boat had sunk while they were recording the message LOL.
