Had the same call. "Bell Aliant". Worker called me "lovely lady", which was enough to make me hang up regardless of whether it was scam or not. I've probably ignored the number about 6 times since.

My son, who lives in NFLD, but still has his NS cell #, just asked me to check this phone #. He has had two or three calls and has called it back only to be told it is not a valid phone #

Ya know, I'm pretty sure it's a skype "outlet" number...
So you'll never know who is really going to be there. Family called from skype on this... and so did the guy who burped while he was trying to do a survey with Bert and Ernie.

When I receive the call no one talk on the phone..caller-id came up as (902) 406-8325 but when you call this number it is not in service because it was an one way line when I speak to the operator..
