Random call from Canada.

Is this a scam? From what I am reading...Canada??
Any body know the real orgin??

This automated call came to me this day.  I heard a little noise in the background, then heard message in perhaps spanish before call was dropped.

When I called back using an alternate number other than the one they called, it just rang and rang with no answer.

i dont know thi number. who i it that called me?
