Just FYI, Verizon has a call & message blocking feature that may help.  I don't know about other providers though.
For Verizon:
Login to My Verizon > My Services > Verizon Safeguards > Parental controls > Call & Message Blocking.

We'll see if this creep try's to call back now.

Just FYI other message boards say that other peoples numbers were taken off of craigslist when they started receiving the calls.  Hope this helps anyone else.

I just started receiving calls today, the first time they hung up and the second time they asked for someone but I could only understand the name enough to know it was not my own and hung up, and they also called back while I was in the shower. If they continue to call me I'm definitely calling the police because of some of the things I've read about this guy calling everyone from this number sexually harassing people and reading off their personal information such as where they live and everything...I just won't put up with it.

This call is obviously from outside of the country my legal suggestion would be to contact INTERPOL as local or state authorities won't be able to do anything.

I got the call today the guy had a strong indian accent, said his name was Sandy. Told me I won a 2 day 3 night vacation to anywhere in the US and 1000.00 gas gift card and wanted to know my ATM card numbers, after telling him several times that it was for the money machine and not a debt card he insisted on me giving him the numbers, I then told him that I was not comfortable with that, he hung up.
