I just called the number and checked - it was a call for a survey, although no ID given.

missed a call from this number on oct 28, 2014 at 11:30am. No message was left.

who can tell me , what is this number ? why call me and no message ?

Got three consecutive calls, I missed the calls so called the number back twice it didn't ring at all. A busy signal came on. Very strange.
