I answered and ther person said I was approved for a payday loan and started asking for my personal information (name, address, phone number, mmn, ssn and then account number and routing number). I think it's a scam to try and steal your money. I hung up on them. They have called 5 times so far in the last hour!

Got a call from this number this morning. It's the 4th one like this in 2 days. No one answers when I pick up, I hear a click and then a busy signal, and when I try to call back I get a message that the number may have been disconnected.
