I never answwer calls like this when I don't recognize the number. But now they changed their sysstem to leave voice mails when I don't answer so I loose minutes anyway.
My cell is on the Do Not Call list.
Why is this happening?

I get these calls TWICE a day on an unlisted number for a cell phone. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number because it costs me, I don't OWN A CAR!!! I don't need a car warranty!

They call me all the time its suppose to be a warantee for car . They start out by saying my warranty is about to expire. I have no car under waranty. It cost minutes on my cell phone i flip the phone open real quick and close it so it will quit ringing. SCAM
