Got a call on Oct 20th and Oct. 21st, 2010.  When I answer, I get a dial tone.  I haven't been able to find any other information about this number.  On my Caller ID it shows up as POTS Phone PQ. It is apparently a number in Quebec, Canada.

Received call from this number today and when answered, caller immediately disconnected.

Got a call with no message left.

This number called my landline for the first known time today. I was on the line with another call, at the time, and did not flash over to the (819) 790-3651 caller.  No message was left on my answering machine.The index of area codes in my phone book indicates 819 numbers are in Quebec, Canada.

Called and left no message as usual.
