Answer the phone, get a recorded message about lowering credit card interest rates.  The voice says to press 2 to discontinue calls, but that is an invalid response.  I pressed 1 to get a real person, and started off by saying that I would like to politely ask to have my number removed from their list.  He hung up on me immediately.  It's just an annoying scam, and when your number is already on the apparently useless Do Not Call registry, it's even more annoying.

MACHINE MESSAGE: CREDIT CARD SERVICES, PRESS 1 TO LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATES.PRESSED 1 TO TELL THEM NOT TO CALL AGAIN, THAT I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE POLICE IF THEY DO- A MALE VOICE ANSWERED: " OH, I'LL CALL AGAIN'!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE RECEIVED A CALL LIKE THIS, BUT I NEVER BOTHERED TO ANSWER THEM, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. POLICE, PLEASE STOP THEM!

Credit card company offering lower interest rates.  Unknown company.  Recorded message.

these calls NEVER STOP. they are scammers. Reported them many times. They claim to want to lower your credit card interest rate. NOT SO. No bank will call you for this. They are scammers and I am unable to block them, because they call from different numbers. Any Help?

I answered the phone, said hello, no response.

I talked to a lady with an accent and when I told her I did not have a credit card her response was " Your momma" and she hung up.
