I got call from +8001218143 re sky.   How do they get my mobile number.  Did someone at Sky sell it on - in which case Sky is in breach of confidentiality.Does anyone know how this scam works..?H

I'm slightly confused, if this company is saying they are working on behalf of sky and in actual fact there not, why isn't sky trying to protect there customs and there dater?This number has called me several times and i haven't answered, i pay for my sky box ten pound a month so if it broke i would expect it to be replaced im sure it comes with warranty as does everything you buy 12 months warranty no matter how big or small its trading standard and if something breaks due to a manufacturer fault its there job to replace it.However i will be calling sky to see if they are a sister company working on there behalf and if that's not the case then i will be asking sky what they intend on doing about this matter.Also i have to agree with the guy who said why would someone google the phone number of the company they work for?

I don't care if you work for SKY, for a Telesales Company, or for GOD Himself. Stop your annoying un wanted and un solicited calls to my mobile and my home numbers. I don't want to hear all your crap when I phone your 08000832432 number about it taking 30 days to stop the calls, stop them now, you annoying little invaders of privacy, and dissapear back into the eather.

Had a few phones calls from this number didn't answer as don't answer numbers I don't know! I googled this number and read what you guys put and decided that I was going to answer tonight as they keep ringing more often! The bloke I spoke too was not confident and didn't sound like he was in a room full of other agents, I ended up putting the phone down on him because after repeatedly telling him I wasn't interested all I got was 'REALLY ARE YOU SURE' I then phoned sky and they confirmed these people do not work for them or on behalf of them!! And they told me if I would require anything like that to ring sky themselves directly.
