I just missed a call from this number - no voicemail left. Did a quick gogle search on it and came across this thread.

I've got a missed call from this number, and got a voice message just few words said hello.I saw 0800 i thought that was free number. I phoned back to find out. Then my phone stopped me from go over credit limit. I assumed i had to pay for the call. Then i did not call again. When searching for this number i just find out this...lucky me not reveal any personal data.

it is HSBC but its nothing inportant, just a nuisance call realy

It is the HSBC fraud line. They called me to say there had been an unusual transaction on my account, which did turn our out to be dodgy so my credit card was cancelled and a new one issued.
