I received a missed call from this number at 9:04am, also in Georgia. Tried to return call and got a "fast busy."

Tried calling the number back but a recording tells me this number is unavailble in my area.

Just got the call now, might be a scam, it requests a pin number, tells you that no digits were recorded then requests it again. It says "your account has been flagged for security purposes" so I'm not sure who it was.
