There are dubious calls from this phone number. At 11:30pm a man phoned and said he was calling from the Hydro Company. He called me by my name. When asked what he wanted he hung up. He phoned again at 9am but I wasn't in but his phone number showed up on my call display. When I returned home I phoned the (204) 791-4042 and a man who said his name was Bob answered and stated that this was his home phone number. He said that no one from his home called me. I disputed this because the number is on my telephone display twice. He sounded angry so just hung up.

Since this telephone number has my name and phone number yet refuses to acknowledge any calls to me and states he works for Hydro, and Hydro refuses to tell me if this number is theirs or belongs to one of their employees, I have decided to lodge this complaint as I have to deem it a threat, although not verbal.
