westjet does care and managed to shut down the mexican company doing this last year, but these scammers just change their name and buy a new number, this time from alberta

4 times in one week iv had a call from this number GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR how do i get them to stop calling ??????

Constantly receive calls from this number with the ultra-robotic message: "Because you are a preferred Westjet customer . . ."Does Westjet care enough to investigate and fix this?

971 is the code for a alberta neighboring town where I live. When you call the # back it is not a listed number. Seems fishy to me!!!!!!!

I talked with an agent for about 20 mins (basically wasting their time) then eventually got transferred to a manager to discuss the issues I had. Offer: Discounted vacation package to Mayan Riviera. RCI affiliates. No I really didn't win anything.I managed to waste almost 10 minutes of the managers time.  Got a couple of pieces of info out of him:email address for complaints: supervisors @ goldballgroup.comCustomer service & Complaints: 1-866-xxx-xxxx  (# given was for a completely different company)I suggest if you're kicking back and just watching TV or something - entertain yourself.  See how long you can keep these guys on the line next time they call.

I got the same recorded message about the unassigned thing.  The company's name is "biga**hole"
