4 times in one week iv had a call from this number GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR how do i get them to stop calling ??????

I missed to answer a call from the number (780) 971-5656. Nobody left for me a voice mail or a written message, I called back there was no answering machine or operator. I could not know the caller at he beginning. That action was not nice because nobody likes to see missed calls on hie mobile without knowing the caller
