Yes it is true, I did manage to find the product and contact the manufacture, not only is their bogus claim of 3000 ft2 not true, I have a friend that bought into this scam and says that when you bring your machine in for service the charge you 40 bucks for a recycling fee, then he said he went to the dumpster and found a pile of filters, anyone who has been scammed bring in your machine without the filter in it. I have sparked an interested lawyer friend that specialized in fraud. hey i worked for them and if you actually listen to what they say its for real..when do you get paid for a 400 value for a bit of your time and your simple minded opinion?  If you actually listened and they say you just have to spend a bit of time and give your thought on the product you would have gotten your free gift.  Just cause your some redneck who cant comprehend what is being told to you, its not that company's fault.  I only worked there for 3 months cause of f*** tards like your self.  I seen plenty of people come in with COPD and breathing issues who bought the zephyr and were more than happy to have had a product like that.  So if you actually pay attention to what people say and not outright assume what is gonna be said and expect something else then you my friend should go live in a cave and get rid of your phone.  You are always gonna get called by people like them, but most of them will not be legit.  I am not working for them anymore but they are great people who have tremendous people skills to deal with goofs like you day in and day out.  by the way all the s*** you spouted about that company is a LIE.

They called 2 days ago and wanted to give me a $400 prize that I won for taking an air quality survey. I know I didn't do this so I decided to dig a little deeper. She said I would have taken this survey at a doctor or dentist office and wanted to send 2 people to my house. I said no thanks. So they called back yesterday and gave me the same pitch. This time she said I would have taken this survey in a grocery store.That was it...dropped a couple of F bombs at her and hung up. Obviously didn't come unglued strong enough, they called back 10 minutes later. Another round of curses and the morons called a third time. If they call back today, I'll tell them to send the sales team over...that might be fun.

i received a nuemerous phone calls from U ECO HEALTH SOLUTION  its b***s*** about your offers/survey etc. its a waste of time answering your calls U lied and Con so many people already i feel sorry to your workers  because U trained them to lie to people.... Same on U ECO HEALTH SOLUTION stop buggginggg me....hrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

My (senior) neighbors actually bought one of these Zephyrs for $3200 from a "really nice young" salesman who came to their door. They think it's the cat's meow of course, but they said the "gift" is a joke, as it's just a discount coupon for use if you buy a holiday at some tropical resort, (which they will never use).
