They called, Nov. 7th around 2 p.m.    Asked for my Husband.   They told him he had filled out a survey and that they were coming to our house with a free gift at 4:00 pm.   WE DO NOT FILL OUT SURVEYS, ANYWHERE,.  I called the number showing up on our monitor (780) 486-1363.   She told me someone from this house filled out a survey.... a LIE.   They asked my husband for our address, and because he isn't feeling well, they played on that.  They said they were coming at 4 pm.    I called that number and had an argument.  She said someone filled out a survey and it could have been from a hospital, a Doctor, etc. etc.      She said they were only coming to get an opinion.  I told her I didn't know what she was selling; we already had two air cleaners, as mentioned to my husband.  She said you could always use more?????  I said "don't come, we are out in the country and we have Dogs.   I was also going to get to the bottom of who gave them info.  She said "do that".    I said it was fraudulent what they were doing.

Did you actually call the RCMP ?  If so, can they do anything or do you just tell them not to call again? I had forgotten about the last time they had called or I would have told them to remove my # from their list. Further more, I don't care who or what they do? I'd never do business with such a shifty, dishonest company! !!

Was called by a lady name Nicole from Eco health solutions; she said, and  I quote; Is Lawrence Dieno there, I said, no, but you can speak to me. She said, well, our name was picked out of a draw, and we won, and they would like to drop a 300.00 gift off today, I said sure: she asked if she could ask a couple questions: of course this was after I said they could drop the gift off anytime because they were only going to be at my door for 2 min.; so she asked about 4 questions; one was about asthma, if we owned our own home and I'm thinking, why would she care?? So anyway, she said we both had to be home to collect this gift, it was company policy, yikes!!!! So, I set up a time. Then I googled the company, and they sell air purifiers; well holy holy hallelujah, now I know what this is about. so, I called the number on my phone, and got hold of Edmonton office,; told the guy; wished I could remember his name, well, anyway, told him about it, and said that his company was misrepresenting themselves, and I was not impressed, then he basically called me a liar and said his staff would not do that, well, to my surprise I said his staff did represent themselves. and I told him I didn't like to be called a liar, he said fine, I will give your gift to someone else; I said, you do that!!! I love in Beaverlodge, Alberta and this call took place middle afternoon on Dec. 3, 2013.

Called husband   and said wife did survey and want to drop off $300 gift and would call me when home.  Called early evening when I was home and said Husband did survey     Said they should have dropped $300 gift off but late.  I said not interesting in continuing conversation and not interested in product.   He said   -- How come   what changed your mind?   Stupid man    said free and no obligation   --- I said if you get mortgage with me I could have money --  THEN  he said  if I buy from him   she could afford to pay mtge.. ==   I hung up as he screamed about not like the vacuum days  --  Scam   I never do surveys   ever for that reason  Edmonton office   1 (780) 930-1673    

Eco Health Solutions..... LOL What a joke! These guys claim that their Zephyr is the cats meow and then they run a pricing sham where they call the boss and lower the insanely high price to an amazing low monthly payment! And there is all this free stuff like 25 years of filters and free service if you buy today.... but only if you buy today! ANY deal worth getting is going to have the same price tomorrow after you have had time to think about it..... Bottom line...... Don't buy a Zephyr

Yes it is true, I did manage to find the product and contact the manufacture, not only is their bogus claim of 3000 ft2 not true, I have a friend that bought into this scam and says that when you bring your machine in for service the charge you 40 bucks for a recycling fee, then he said he went to the dumpster and found a pile of filters, anyone who has been scammed bring in your machine without the filter in it. I have sparked an interested lawyer friend that specialized in fraud. Hope these b*****ds feel good when they have to call everyone of the people that they ripped off and pay them back. false claim after false claim. fraud fraud fraud = jail jail jail
