Yes it is true, I did manage to find the product and contact the manufacture, not only is their bogus claim of 3000 ft2 not true, I have a friend that bought into this scam and says that when you bring your machine in for service the charge you 40 bucks for a recycling fee, then he said he went to the dumpster and found a pile of filters, anyone who has been scammed bring in your machine without the filter in it. I have sparked an interested lawyer friend that specialized in fraud. Hope these [***] feel good when they have to call everyone of the people that they ripped off and pay them back. false claim after false claim. fraud fraud fraud = jail jail jail

Oh total BS - takes someone with no integrity or honesty to write this.  You should hang your head in shame whoever you are.  Scammers should be locked away and the key dropped down the nearest sewer drain.

They did the same to my elderly father with dementia. Called him offered a gift  claimed the machine would help his dementia. The salesman had my fathers check book in his hand! Disgusting, he was about to sign a cheque for thousands when we got their and asked him to leave.

I just answered a call from them. They said they were sendin a 300$ gift because of a survey we did. but my spouse needed to be home. When I told her that he worked away he said [***] and hung up. So idk

Did you actually call the RCMP ?  If so, can they do anything or do you just tell them not to call again? I had forgotten about the last time they had called or I would have told them to remove my # from their list. Further more, I don't care who or what they do? I'd never do business with such a shifty, dishonest company! !!
