This number shows on call display as no name just the number. Listed on search as a Wayne Bigalow. Who is this person????

frustrating as f*** to get a call every f****ng day

That number has called me several times, but when I go to pick it up, it just hangs up. Telus told me to use *57 for annoying telemarketing calls so that they can trace them, and do something about it....so I did. I got this message. The last number called to you cannot be traced because it is coming from outside the trace area.  So even though this phone number says its origin is 780.... it obviously isn't. I wonder if Telus could figure out the technology to allow a customer to put a block  on VOIP made calls.. That might solve the problem.  Any Telus techs. listening out there.. this challenge is for you!
