I am in BC and Lloyd's current cell phone number as of June 10 2013 is (604) 615-4107. He just installed today (June 10) a RO system and a Calmat system. I'm putting a stop payment on the cheque asap until I can talk to him again. After reading the previous posts I am extremely worried about follow up service.

Seems I have the same problem with getting in touch with Vin Water Systems...... What I am looking for is where and who supplies the filters so I can at least use my system again.

WE bought a r.o.filtersystem over a year ago and were guarantied a lifetime filtersupplie but can't get a hold of the guy.We would like to know what's happening to Lloyd Schell and if you know where to buy filters so at least we can use the system.    mariann schwarzer

We purchased a  RO system from a Lloyd Schell on March 3, 2012.  we were told that he would be back in a few days to check our system we haven't seen nor heard from him either also we have tried many times to call him no answer and calls have not been returned to us either.  Does anyone know how to get a hold of the head office for Vin water systems?

We have the same problem as Mariann bought over a year ago, no one can seem to be able to find filters for this unit.Had businesses looking for us also with no luck.

Just wondering if you had any luck requesting removal and refund?
